- Offer detailed order status information, make adjustments, and manage cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our system.
- Collaborate with warehouses and shipping partners to resolve order-related challenges.
- Supply fabric samples to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Ensure timely updates for customers awaiting backordered items.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, guaranteeing every customer feels appreciated and cared for.
