TOWA, the Kaiseki-inspired Japanese restaurant from HAND Hospitality Group, is looking for a self-driven Sushi Chef to join our hospitality team! We are confident that we can help you reach your full potential with your talent and drive.
Qualification:
- 3 years of experience working as a Sushi Chef at a sushi counter.
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills with a high level of professionalism.
- In-depth understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to follow all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice.
- Chopping, slicing, and filleting various types of fish.
- Placing orders for supplies as needed.
- Performing other operational duties and responsibilities as assigned.
