What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRR Refund Analyst position at Tower Health?
The Refund Analyst is responsible for analyzing any credit balances that appear on a work queue. In addition, detailed analysis is done to determine whether the refund belongs to the patient or the insurance carrier. The Refund Analyst will utilize multiple payer sites to verify correct payment received prior to issuing a refund.
Ability to analyze Credit Balances to determine appropriate actions, Research and problem solving skills .
Familiarity with governmental insurance plans preferred. Ability to review and interpret EOBs and reason codes and the Ability to use and understand insurance carriers websites
Monday- Friday , 7am-3:30pm or 7:30a- 4:00pm
