Job Summary
The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the assigning and scheduling of visits for a multi-disciplinary team of Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, and Home Health Aides. The Scheduler monitors productivity, missed visits, changes to the established schedule, and adherence to visit frequency established on the plan of care. The Scheduler must be adaptable to meet the daily challenges of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment using sound judgement and quick thinking to manage last-minute schedule changes, and health and weather emergencies.
