The Supervisor IT Applications is responsible for day to day management of a team of employees and leveraging the talent of staff to implement, support, and optimize IT systems to meet the needs of the organization.
This position partners closely with the Director and other IT leaders with focus on individual team members, including creating objectives, assigning and prioritizing work tasks, and mentoring team members.
In this role, you will oversee over a dozen team members who support ServiceNow, HL7 interfaces, Application Development, and SharePoint. With ServiceNow specifically, you will drive release planning, review, prioritization, and help continue to evolve the product and release methodology.
