Tower Hill Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated, task-oriented person to join our existing Housekeeping team.
As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of our Gainesville premises and will work during the hours of 4 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday.
The Housekeeper position is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities ensuring all areas are cleaned in accordance with the specification and set standards. To succeed in this job the employee must have the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize, be detailed oriented, flexible, dependable and use sound judgement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sweep and mop all tile floors.
- Empty wastebaskets and trash cans found throughout the buildings.
- Dust furniture, shelves, cubes, and equipment.
- Look for and remove all spider webs and clean air-conditioner vents throughout the buildings.
- Clean, offices, hallways, and lobby.
- Clean indoor window panels and windowsills.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and replenish bathroom supplies.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen and eating areas (break area).
- Clean coffee pots and microwaves daily.
- Clean refrigerators once a month and change the Arm & Hammer Odor Absorber.
- Clean and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
- Clean locker room, showers, and workout areas.
- Clean elevator and staircase in the Tower Road building.
- Clean, sweep and vacuum rugs and carpets.
- Clean any upholstered furniture when necessary.
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenish bathroom supplies.
- Transport small equipment or tools between departments.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
EXPERIENCE
