Description
Essential Functions :
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate order processing, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquires.
Builds and maintains business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote an exceptional customer experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Conduct all customer communications in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customers' installation and technical inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Answer incoming telephone calls.
Assist customers in showroom with general product information and color selections.
Coordinate with customers to obtain missing information and to resolve any other foreseeable impediments to order completion.
Confirm price changes to customer and obtain final approval prior to issuing order for production.
Support Sales staff as needed.
Call customers to schedule templates, installations and service work.
Create invoices in QuickBooks once job is complete.
Other duties as deemed reasonable and necessary by the Company.

Position Qualifications
Level of Experience : Three to five years customer service related experience
Computer Skills : Proficient Microsoft Office Software to include Word, Excel and Outlook

General Knowledge of the Kitchen & Bath Industry
General Knowledge of Construction Processes, Means, and Methods
