Job Description
As a Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships by listening to their needs and recommending the best services via phone and in-person.
- You will promote additional products to best serve new and existing customers.
- You will contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
- You will assist the Branch Manager to exceed established branch goals.
- You will learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
- You will become proficient in all aspects of management, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school degree or equivalent certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- You will also need to be willing to relocate upon promotion into management.
