Responsibilities
- Operate manual transmission vehicles and flatbed tow trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Manage conflicts that may arise during service calls or interactions with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including vehicle condition and repairs needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to service requests.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of manual transmission operation is essential.
- Experience with tow trucks or flatbed vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous but not required.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
