Head Groundskeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a full-time Groundskeeper. This position involves maintaining the beauty and functionality of our grounds through tasks such as mowing, weeding, edging, blowing, sprinkler repair, and basic equipment maintenance.

Duties

• Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various groundskeeping tasks.
• Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other planted areas by watering, weeding, and fertilizing as needed.
• Maintain irrigation system, replace sprinklers, fix broken pipes
• Ensure that all groundskeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Conduct routine inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is required.
• Experience with operating tractor and forklift.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
