Here are just some of the things we are looking for in our Customer Service Team Members:
We are looking for candidates with 3 years of customer service experience in an office environment and who genuinely CARE and enjoy communicating, listening and servicing customers to help meet their needs. If you are looking for a full time position in our innovative family run business, please go ahead and submit your application! The primary job responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming phone calls to help diagnose our customers situation.
- Responding to both Emails and text communication to new and current customers.
- Multitasking through communication and scheduling for either our residential or commercial customers in our scheduling system.
- Communicating with our technicians regarding any appropriate follow up details.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
