- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles and provide detailed information on features and specifications
- Conduct test drives and answer customer questions about the driving experience
- Communicate pricing options, financing, and trade-in values to customers
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
