We are looking for a skilled Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Town Auto Group. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and finding the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a clean driving record to meet insurability standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is highly desirable.
In addition to your sales skills, you will also need to have a valid Washington State Driver's License and be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicles and provide detailed information on features and specifications
- Conduct test drives and answer customer questions about the driving experience
- Communicate pricing options, financing, and trade-in values to customers
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business
