Job Description
- Confirm service appointments with customers and technicians via phone, email, and text.
- Reschedule appointments as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient use of technician time.
- Retain customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Schedule day-today service appointments and communicate appointment times/changes with technicians.
- Monitor and respond to emails and texts related to scheduling and customer inquiries.
- Update scheduling information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointment changes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall efficiency in service.
- Monitor and manage multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet service goals.
- Assist with typing and emailing quotes to customers for their approval
- Other miscellaneous office administration duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or scheduling role, preferably in the commercial services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data entry
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer applications.
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to retaining customers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
