- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or 5 years in HVAC (both preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel), and other sales tools.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up on marketed leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Proactively generate leads through community events, home shows, networking, referrals, relationships, and strategic partnerships.
- Educate homeowners and businesses about HVAC solutions, energy efficiency, and financing options.
- Handle objections with confidence and close sales through consultative, ethical selling techniques.
- Customer relationship management and long-term partnership.
- Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first contact to installation.
- Work closely with field managers and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Document sales activities and develop strategies for future sales
