The Customer Service Representative interacts with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Customers in assisting the Customer Service team with various duties, including data entry, responding to customer requests, problem-solving customer issues, communicating, updating the internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Input and process orders and requests promptly.
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.
- Acknowledge and help resolve customer issues.
- Data-entry.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support for our customers.
- Send updated order information to customers either via portals or email communication.
- Communicate all sales order issues to appropriate members of the sales team.
- Follow up with teams to ensure goods ship without delay.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills with a solid attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively.
- Computer proficiency includes MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service and wholesale experience is a plus.
- Associates Degree
- 1-2 years related customer service experience (wholesale and retail)
