About Us: We are a vibrant and active HOA community dedicated to providing top-tier recreational experiences to our members. We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Amenities Membership Manager to oversee our community amenities and deliver exceptional member service.

Job Summary: The Amenities Membership Manager is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recreational facilities, including the pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and pro shop. This role manages memberships, supervises staff, and ensures a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer software systems for amenities membership (Appfolio and Member Splash)
  • Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records
  • Issue and manage member credentials (keycards, etc.)
  • Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff (pool attendants)
  • Create and manage staffing schedules for all amenities
  • Ensure compliance with pool health and safety standards (in coordination with Pool Contractor and DES regulations)
  • Monitor usage and enforce facility rules and guidelines
  • Oversee inventory for pool concession stand and tennis pro shop
  • Track and manage budget and payroll for amenities team
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors to ensure facilities are clean, operational, and safe
  • Send periodic email updates and event announcements to members
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with organizing and executing pool parties, tournaments, and other community events
  • Collaborate with instructors and third-party vendors
  • Compile simple reports on usage and membership data
  • Support payment collection and record organization when needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to supervise and motivate staff
  • Comfortable using software tools
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Work Schedule:
Primarily weekdays with occasional weekends and evenings during the peak season (especially for events and tournaments).

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
