Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
- Provide warm, friendly service that makes every guest feel like a regular.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile orders with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee bar.
- Assist with food service, including pastries and light breakfast items.
- Keep up with drink trends and suggest creative additions to our menu.
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure top-notch cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Food Handler's card and RBS.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (coffee beans, milk cartons, etc.).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
