Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of MRKT, ensuring efficiency, quality, and top-tier guest service.
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of baristas, cashiers, and food service staff.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability.
- Monitor sales, control costs, and drive revenue growth through innovative ideas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests and employees.
- Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management to keep the team motivated.
- Develop strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with resort leadership to align MRKT’s goals with overall resort operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in food & beverage, quick-service, or retail.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management approach.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- A passion for hospitality, guest service, and delivering a high-quality experience.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- RBS and Food Handler's certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
