Overview
This position supports the organization in generating profitable revenue to increase RevPAR, market share, and brand awareness for the Hotel. Leverages marketing programs at the property and market level ensuring marketing efforts are effectively integrated with selling efforts for the organization. Monitors relevant national marketing programs, channels, platforms, and initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the resort, increase bookings, and enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in social media management, graphic design, and content creation. Pay Range $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Yr. #towncountrysd
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Manage and grow the resort's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging visual and written content using Canva and other graphic design tools.
- Design promotional materials, brochures, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies for special events, packages, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing efforts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
