The Secretary II position work includes, screening calls and visitors, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries and requests from the public, preparing correspondence, maintaining department files and providing clerical support and customer service to the Health Department.
Qualifications and Education
Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent); prior experience or customer service experience preferred.
Full/Part Time & Hours
Full time position (37.5 hours/week)
Salary
Starting at $22.85/hour
Salary Notes
This is a benefitted position with dental, health, PTO and retirement.
