The Brewster Police Department is currently seeking applicants for the position of Community Service Officer. The applicant must be able to perform a variety of routine non-critical public safety functions, among them enforcing municipal parking regulations, responding to citizen requests, community policing activities, bike patrol and traffic control. This is a seasonal, 40 hour a week position including weekends with a pay range of $19.00-$25.00 per hour, starting pay depending on qualifications and experience. The applicant must be a high school graduate, have current CPR/First Aid certifications and a valid driver’s license.
