Key Responsibilities:
- Process payments and maintain records for property and excise taxes
- Assist residents with motor vehicle registrations, licenses, and permits
- Issue marriage, hunting, fishing, and dog licenses while ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Issue vital records
- Support election duties, including voter registration and absentee ballot processing
- Provide administrative support to various Department Heads as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in clerical work, record-keeping, or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in office software and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with municipal operations and state regulations (or willingness to learn)
