Short Description :
The Town of Castle Rock Police Department is committed to hiring individuals who embrace our values and culture. As such, we are currently accepting applications from individuals with no previous policing experience to sponsor through the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Academy to become full-time officers with our department upon graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and successfully complete a state-accredited law enforcement training program, fully funded by the Castle Rock Police Department
- Participate in rigorous physical fitness testing throughout the academy
- Successfully pass all required academic and practical assessments
- Adhere to all department policies and procedures during academy training and upon employment as a police office
