**Job Title:** Highway Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking a skilled Highway Heavy Equipment Operator to assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of highways, roads, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of heavy machinery, including bulldozers, excavators, graders, and loaders
- Grade surfaces, excavate materials, transport heavy loads, and ensure equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
- Follow all safety regulations, read blueprints or site plans, and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating heavy equipment in highway or construction projects
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
- Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials
