Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in building inspections, construction management, or related fields.
- Experience as a general contractor or sub-contractor specializing in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical installations will be considered.
- The ability to obtain 2 ICC certifications (Building, Plumbing, Energy, or Mechanical) within 3 years of employment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
