- Associate's degree in natural resource management, natural sciences, parks and recreation management, criminal justice, or related field with 1-2 years in parks, natural resource management, law enforcement, or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Excellence in customer service, communication and conflict resolution
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications:** 3-4 years of experience working in law enforcement, code enforcement, natural resource management, open space ranger, trails, parks, outdoor recreation, or similar areas. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
