EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES: • Must have experience with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite products.• Must have excellent leadership, organizational, training and communicative skills, both oral and written.• Must maintain an effective and pleasant working relationship with citizens, the general public, employees, and volunteers.• Must be able to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as required.PHYSICAL ABILITIES: • Must be able to talk, see, hear, write, read, and work in adverse environmental conditions.• Must be able to perform strenuous physical activities to include running, kneeling, bending, twisting, dragging, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. of sport and various equipment.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Creates a variety of marketing pieces promoting all aspects of the Community Activity Center, including programs, memberships, rentals, and special events, through multiple print and electronic media platforms.• Supervises the Community Activity Center building during regular weekly shifts.• Assists with supervision of tot drop, concessions, and front desk areas, including part-time staff.• Develops and implements programs designed to enhance the Community Activity Center sales and memberships.• Supervises and organizes all facility rentals and birthday parties including phone calls, tours, booking, staffing, and event follow-up.• Works as a system administrator to the Parks and Recreation Services Department's registration software.• Leads and demonstrates high quality customer service and assists with the operation of the front desk.• Assists in the budgeting process, including purchasing of supplies and reconciliation of credit card purchases.• Assists with the implementation of other Parks and Recreation programs as needed.• Informs supervisor of all work-related activities.• Adheres to the personnel, safety, and departmental policies and procedures of the Town.• Assists co-workers and other departments as needed.• Performs other duties as assigned.
