We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Technology and Learning Curator to cultivate a vibrant, collaborative, and future-ready learning environment within our Technology and Learning Center. This role blends traditional library expertise with a strong focus on technology integration, digital citizenship, and media literacy, empowering students and staff to thrive in a digital age.
Expectations: Library & Resource Management :
● Foster a creative, flexible, and inviting Technology and Learning Center that supports diverse learning needs
● Support the selection, acquisition, and organization of books and technology-related resources for the library collection
● Manage scheduling in the Technology and Learning Center
● Ensure the smooth operation of library resources including interactive panel(s), iRobots, Makey Makey, cricut, buildables, laminator, printer, book scanner, and charging station Curriculum & Collaboration:
● Develop a solid understanding of the school's curriculum to curate resources and Support instructional goals
● Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology resources into their teaching practices Technology Integration & Support:
● Support the planning and implementation of technologies to enhance teaching and learning across the curriculum.
● Provide comprehensive technical support for all library technology and resources
● Support technology-related projects within the library and across the school
