Responsibilities

- Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly, coordinating with other units as necessary.
- Prepare reports on activities, incidents, and personnel performance for review by higher authorities.
- Develop strategies for community engagement and crime prevention initiatives.
- Maintain equipment and resources in optimal condition for operational readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in law enforcement or military service with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse groups.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet physical fitness standards as required by the organization.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Additional certifications or training in conflict resolution or crisis management are considered an asset.
