Behavior Technician- 2 Positions
Position 1: Mansfield Middle School (Grades 5-8)
Position 2: Mansfield Elementary School (PreK-4)
Our elementary school and middle school each seek a Behavior Technician to support social/emotional learning development of students. The Behavior Technician provides support using behavior management techniques and intervening strategies to reduce behaviors that interfere with the learning process. They assist building administrators, teachers, and students with classroom management and behavior plans while also supporting families and other building staff.
Qualities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to
Behavior training preferred, however, on the job training will be provided.
Position is 7.0 hours a day and consists of 189 work days 10 paid holidays during the school year plus full benefits including paid time off, health/dental insurance, retirement plan, life insurance, etc.
Rate: $30.00/hour
