- Preparing court documents and correspondence
- Handling confidential information with integrity
- Assisting the public with court-related inquiries
- Performing clerical duties as required by the Town Justice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous clerical or (court or legal setting a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic office software and record-keeping systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally
This is a part-time role with flexible hours based on the court's requirements. Annual compensation ranges from $10,000 to $11,000.
