Teaching children, 6 months-15 years, the fundamentals of learning to swim through the use of games, song and repetition.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Previous experience working with children is preferred such as babysitting or previous swim instruction experience. Must be 15 years or older and be able to obtain a work permit.

- Developing creative ways to teach a skill -Coordinating with co-workers to keep class moving, being fun and involving all participants in activity -Demonstrating various skills to the participants -Enforcing facility rules and teaching them to participants -Care of equipment and supplies
