Equipment Operator I, II - Streets
Annual Salary Range: $35,281 - $58,345
Responsible for operating a wide range of equipment in tasks requiring moderate to high skill as well as the ability to perform a variety of other duties to include supervising a work crew. The employee may work independently or as part of a crew. Abilities to operate motor graders, street sweepers, backhoes, front loaders and like equipment as well as operate a variety of lighter equipment including tampers, sewer rodder and tractors is required. The position is considered essential and may be required to work overtime during severe weather, as well as to be on call for emergencies outside of normal work hours. Class A CDL, with tanker endorsement is required with an excellent driving record.
