Administrative Assistant: In the Office of Town Administrator/Select Board on a Part-Time flexible schedule (16 /- hrs/wk over four days) performing administrative and clerical functions for the office of the Town Administrator. Provides secondary support for any Board, Committee or Commission assigned by Town Administrator. Must attend night meetings (3 /-/Month).
Qualifications and experience: Associate’s degree in business, legal studies, Human Resources, or related field preferred; and three years of very responsible administrative experience in a related environment; experience in a municipal or a government setting preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements: This position requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy in completing tasks.
Pay Range: $15-18 per hour depending on education and experience related to the position.
The position will be open until filled. The Town of Templeton is an EOE.
