Job Summary
The Senior Civil Engineer – Development Review is responsible for managing and contributing to various engineering projects within the Town of Timnath. This role requires advanced civil engineering expertise to analyze and interpret complex documents, ensure compliance with town regulations and standards, and coordinate projects with stakeholders.
- This position involves reviewing engineering plans, traffic impact studies, drainage studies, technical reports, plats, and development plans for accuracy and alignment with established standards.
- The Senior Civil Engineer – Development Review will also be responsible for evaluating proposals, designing public works projects, and recommending governmental measures to control and guide community development and urban renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews and analyzes engineering plans, traffic impact studies, and drainage studies to ensure compliance with town regulations and standards.
- Evaluates proposals for annexation, site planning, plats, subdivision plans, landscape plans, trail plans, grading plans, utility plans, roadway plans, and other land use.
- Coordinates projects with developers, contractors, other municipalities, districts, and Town staff as needed.
