Job Summary
The Town of Timnath is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing transportation infrastructure projects, analyzing and interpreting complex engineering documents, and ensuring compliance with Town regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing or overseeing designs of town public works, community development, and public facilities construction projects
- Reviewing engineering plans, traffic impact studies, drainage studies, and development plans for accuracy and alignment with established standards
- Coordinating projects with developers, contractors, other municipalities, districts, and Town staff as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 8 years of progressively responsible experience in related field; Minimum 5 years in administration and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
