This is a non-exempt, regular full-time status position that involves performing routine staff and board support duties, maintaining and preserving Town records, providing information to citizens about Town functions and activities, and assisting in development review, code enforcement, and issuing permits and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Town Clerk/Human Resources Director and other department heads.
- Maintain and preserve Town records, including documents, files, and electronic records.
- Respond to citizen inquiries and provide information about Town functions and activities.
- Assist in development review, code enforcement, and issuing permits and licenses.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Benefits:
- $27.18 hourly wage with opportunities for advancement.
- Plus $1.00/hour after successful completion of the first six months of a 12-month probation period.
