What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Technician position at Town of Westport?
Minimum requirements are bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with at least one year’s experience in computer systems maintenance and operation preferably in a municipal environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be familiar with standard desktop applications: MS Office, Adobe, Windows 10/11 Pro and Google workspace apps including Gmail, Drive, Meets as well as Town databases: PK Systems for Assessor, SoftRight for Collector/Accounting, IMC for Police Department & I am Responding for Fire Department. Ability to create and maintain web pages including online databases.
