What are the responsibilities and job description for the Center Director position at Town Square at Princeton?

- Manage all operational aspects of the business, including quality of services delivered to members and revenue growth
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to specified revenue goals and delivery of high-quality service; direct reports include but are not limited to:
- Enrollment Manager
- Center Nurse
- Activity Coordinator
- Center Coordinator
- Program Assistants
- Care Providers
- Train and supervise program staff, including training, education, and coaching of program assistants, care providers, and staff
- Oversee the daily safety and well-being of members and the team
- Work closely with Activity Coordinator to ensure members receive an engaging, educational, and fulfilling experience during their visit
- Supervise and assign care providers and ensure member-to-staff ratio meet all state requirements
- Collaborate with team to create incentive programs for internal staff
- Serve as liaison with RCD and internal staff members
- Analyze data including member retention, attrition, and all sales KPIs
- Ensure appropriate action plans are in place
- Provide appropriate coaching and motivation as needed
- Provide tours of the center for prospective members and their families as well as referral sources
- Maintain a high-level of professionalism when representing company at appropriate community and business leader events
- Oversee, approve, and submit payroll, gross sales, activity reports, and other reports as assigned
- Manage all business operations in accordance with NJ State and local county laws

- Strong skills in provoding sales tours and talking to comm
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of situations and diverse populations

- Proven track record of communicating with family members regarding individual needs, support, and education
- Must demonstrate ability to work strategically with entrepreneurial spirit
- Must have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects and key influence center personnel
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (preferably in a social work, psychology, human services, or health sciences)
- Experience operating or managing an adult day care center or senior living community
- Able to work extended hours as needed for special events hosted at the facility
- Successful results of background check, and where applicable, additional state specific regulatory requirements
