Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Collaborate with in-house real estate agents to prospect leads and convert opportunities.
- Provide clients with personalized weekly updates on their loan process.
Loan Origination & Financial Analysis
- Assess clients’ financial goals and review their credit, income, and assets.
- Assist clients with loan applications and documentation collection.
Sales & Business Development
- Share market and product updates with the real estate sales team.
- Report weekly productivity metrics to management.
Collaboration
- Partner with leadership on product strategies and market insights.
- Attend open houses alongside agents as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 year in loan origination (required)
- 1 year in sales (preferred)
License/Certification: Florida NMLS License (required)
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with loan origination software and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Hybrid Schedule: Some in office requirement plus attendance at scheduled sales meetings.
