Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time (Monday – Friday, Daytime Hours)

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our members by assisting with personal care needs and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, transferring, ambulation, showering, and eating.
- Serve meals/snacks and support members who need assistance while dining.
- Monitor and record monthly member weights.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, including light maintenance and laundry duties.
- Engage with members and their families in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.
- Support other team members and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
- A caring, self-motivated, and dependable individual who truly enjoys working with seniors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with members and their families.
- Preferred: Experience working with seniors or individuals with cognitive impairments.
- Physical ability to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift up to 50 lbs, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Must successfully pass a background check and meet applicable state regulatory requirements.

- Memory care experience (Preferred: 1 year)
- Senior care experience (Preferred: 2 years)
