What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Towne Family of Companies?
Leads project teams responsible for delivering high quality products and services to Towne Members and internal Towne stakeholders. Oversees the successful implementation of medium to large projects by ensuring requirements, design, testing, and implementing are completed with high quality, on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager ensures all project team members work collaboratively as well as individually to create a solution that meets our members' and / or Stakeholders' expectations.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Work closely with product, technology, operations, and 3rd party service providers to design and implement products, services, and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with progress and the business benefits are achieved.
- Management of projects in accordance with the bank's project methodology, and solution adheres to risk and compliance policy.
- Establish and monitor project budgets, timescales and advise appropriate managers of potential issues leading to delays, difficulties or cost over-runs.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables by service providers and project team members.
- Monitor and evaluate usability and / or testing of systems, processes and documentation, as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the technology and business departments as well as service providers.
- Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks and develops strategies for handling unexpected issues that may arise.
- Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with employees in any position.
- Maintain Regular Attendance
- Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
