What You’ll Do
As the Life Enrichment Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing engaging programs that support residents’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. Your role will include:
- Developing a diverse calendar of events, activities, and outings tailored to residents' interests and abilities
- Encouraging participation and fostering meaningful connections among residents
- Partnering with community organizations, volunteers, and families to enhance programming
- Leading group activities such as arts & crafts, music, fitness, games, and educational sessions
- Ensuring all programs align with residents’ preferences and needs while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate, energetic, and creative leader
- Experience in senior living, recreation, or event planning (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage residents of all cognitive and physical abilities
