Position: Concierge
Location: Sky Central Apartments, located in the iconic PNC Tower annex, downtown Cincinnati.
Work Schedule: Two part-time shifts available: Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM Thursday & Friday 3 PM – 7 PM, or Sunday 9 AM – 5 PM Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 3 PM – 7 PM.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome residents and guests
- Receive and deliver packages
- Manage incoming calls and messages
- Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
- Maintain visitor and contractor logs
- Ensure lobby area cleanliness
We’re Looking For:
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Are proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
- Can lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer
