Position: Concierge
Location: Sky Central Apartments, in the iconic PNC Tower annex, downtown Cincinnati
Working Hours: Two full-time shifts available: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM, and weekends, 10 AM–4 PM.
Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour

What You'll Do
- Welcome residents and guests
- Receive and deliver packages
- Manage incoming calls and messages
- Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
- Maintain visitor and contractor logs
- Ensure lobby area cleanliness
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Are proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
- Can lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer
- Competitive Pay: $17 - $19 per hour (based on experience)
