Position: District Maintenance Technician
Location: Kentucky District Office - Erlanger, KY
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $19 - 24/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Hiring Bonus: $1000
Community: Multiple condominium communities throughout Northern Kentucky
Who you are:
- Up to a year of experience in general maintenance.
- Experience in carpentry, painting, drywall repair, minor construction work, minor plumbing and electrical work, gutter, and downspout repair, as well as expertise in door and gate hardware repairs and wood trim replacement.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in basic computer or smartphone use.
- Comfortable working on ladders to perform roof and siding repairs and gutter cleaning.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto-insurance.
- Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform various maintenance tasks from service requests.
- Keep the grounds and landscape in tip-top shape.
- Work on ladders, roofs, gutters/downspouts, carpentry, wood trim replacement, club house maintenance, painting, etc.
- Provide customer service to homeowners and Board of Directors.
- Manage priorities and competing demands in a busy environment.
