Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately, following established procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for dining and entertainment options
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform night audit duties as needed, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent guest relations skills with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is an asset
