What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at TownePlace Suites by Marriott?
Must be available to work 6am-12pm, 3-4 days per week, Monday-Sunday.
- Solely responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of all food items served to guests.
- Responsible for the daily set up, up keep, and breakdown of the daily continental breakfast bar, hot breakfast buffet, and coffee area for all guests in hotel.
- Warmly greets/acknowledges all guests who enter the breakfast dining area
- Cleaning and upkeep of kitchen and lobby areas
- Receives weekly food inventory and paper goods and stores all food items using FIFO.
- Discusses inventory needs with operations manager on a weekly basis.
- Food license a plus but not required.
