Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner, providing solutions as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to callers.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
