As our Front Office Manager, you drive efficient hotel operations and help deliver incredible experiences for guests. You work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive customer service and increase revenue, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Accuracy is crucial as you maintain administrative occupancy, payment, and reservation records. You empower your team to provide the best guest experiences possible, proactively resolving issues and managing our hotel systems to ensure unforgettable stays!
Please note : The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase. As part of the pre-opening team, you will play a key role in helping to prepare and launch the hotel, ensuring a smooth and successful opening.
