As a crucial member of our hospitality team, you earn $17.00 - $20.00 / hour .

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of front desk or customer service experience
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and hotel property management systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Professional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to consistently meet brand and operational standards

PREFERRED CRITERIA

  • 1 years of supervisory experience
  • Marriot experience

    Your schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    As our Front Office Manager, you drive efficient hotel operations and help deliver incredible experiences for guests. With a friendly and professional attitude, you manage the key administrative duties that keep everything running smoothly. You expertly lead your front desk team by managing schedules, conducting training sessions, and inspiring staff to excel. Following brand standards and hotel policies, you answer guest questions and address concerns.

    You work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive customer service and increase revenue, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Accuracy is crucial as you maintain administrative occupancy, payment, and reservation records. You empower your team to provide the best guest experiences possible, proactively resolving issues and managing our hotel systems to ensure unforgettable stays!

    Please note : The hotel is currently in its pre-opening phase. As part of the pre-opening team, you will play a key role in helping to prepare and launch the hotel, ensuring a smooth and successful opening.
